Booking Educational Programs 

 - Advance reservations are required for ALL educational programs

- All program requests must be made via our the online booking form

Book early as space fills quickly. Reservations continue through the year depending on availability.


Fees:  Prices are listed with each program description and are $4 per student [minimum charge is $60 or 15 students]

Educational programs have a maximum of 85 students per day. Larger groups should plan to visit over a two or more day period.

Fees are due, in total, the day of your visit. We accept cash, checks or charge cards (Visa or MasterCard).

Program Schedules: Programs typically run for 2 hours - you can chose from the following schedule times:

  • program 10am-12pm with lunch from 12-12:30
  • program 10:30am-12:30pm with lunch from 12:30-1:00pm
  • lunch 11-11:30am with program from 11:30am-1:30pm

[note: The museum doesn’t close until 3pm –school groups are welcome to stay up until that time at no extra charge. There's  plenty to see inside and outside our wonderful museum so make a day out of it!]


Lunch:  We have an indoor picnic area if you would like to bring your lunches and eat here. 

Gift Shop:  We have a gift shop with inexpensive items so your students will remember their trip to the DAMV!

Parking:  We have ample parking for buses.

        Seniors (65+): $5.00

        Students: $5.00

        Military: $6.00

        Youth: (4-17) $3.00

Pet Policy: 

We are sorry, the Ag Museum is not able to allow pets (other than service animals) on our premises.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
