Silver Lake Mill

The water-powered mill on the Delaware Agricultural Museum and Village property is a replica not a restoration project. It was built from 1980 to 1982 using mid-nineteenth-century techniques--wooden pegged joints. The saw mill and grist mill equipment date from the seventeenth through the nineteenth centuries. The roller floor equipment in the middle of the mill, however, date to the late nineteenth-century.
