The Delaware Agricultural Museum and Village has a number of interesting and challenging internship opportunities for college students across a variety of majors. The internships are designed to provide students with valuable workplace experience linked to specific areas of study.

1. Exhibits Curation
The Delaware Agricultural Museum and Village is currently offering internship opportunities for area college students interested in the curation of exhibits to include research, design and the development of activities and interactives focused on various aspects of agriculture and rural life.
Program Focus:
Research and design various aspects of exhibits (e.g., narrative panels and displays) to include the development of activities and interactives focused on various aspects of agriculture and rural life. The exhibits will be in the Museum's main museum and within the historic structures comprising the 1890’s Village.
Internship Period: A two month (120 hour) minimum commitment is required.
Number of Internships: There are a total of four (4) internships available both in the fall 2019 and winter 2020 semesters.
Compensation: The museum is unable to provide monetary compensation. Please speak to your student advisor regarding course credit.

2. Educational Programs

3. Mural Design and Painting
The Delaware Agricultural Museum and Village is offering an internship opportunity for a college student who is interested in designing and painting a mural focused on various aspects of agriculture and/or rural life.
Internship Details
Program Focus: The Museum is seeking a student intern to design and paint a mural with an agricultural / rural theme for display in the main museum.
Internship Period: A two month (120 hour) minimum commitment is required.
Number of Internships: There is one (1) internship available for either the fall 2019 or winter 2020 semester.
Compensation: The museum is unable to provide monetary compensation. Please speak to your student advisor regarding course credit.
