Special outdoor exhibits will take visitors on an energy journey, exploring the ways in which renewable energy was used historically in agriculture and everyday life and the technological advances over time that enabled the harnessing of various renewable energy sources to power industry and enhance the quality of life for people in the U.S.
“Renewable Energy on the Farm” incorporates water, wind, solar, and organic matter in a series of outdoor exhibits at the gristmill, windmill, chicken house and barnyard within our authentic Delaware village.
